Features a modern satin black finish on a stainless steel body with adjustable feet. The cleverly designed display racks can be installed horizontally or at an angle. The PMB50L holds 50 pies and has sliding glass doors on one side and a fixed pane of glass on the other side of the unit. Includes the addition of a baffle tray with steam (1/9 gastronorm) pan in the base of the unit to provide moisture to contents.
