Built in sharpening head and blade ring guard, easy to disassemble without tools for cleaning. Alloy spiked meat grip for firm control of food product. Tough clear Plexiglass guard to protect fingers and contamination from sneezing/coughing. Precise slice thickness adjustment knob. Slice thickness 0-12mm, cutting capacity diameter 175mm, blade diameter 250mm. A 20ml bottle of food grade lubrication oil is included for use on internal mechanisms.
