Tough clear Plexiglass guard to protect fingers and contamination from sneezing/coughing. Precise slice thickness adjustment knob. Slice thickness 0-14mm, cutting capacity diameter 215mm, blade diameter 300mm. A 20ml bottle of food grade lubrication oil is included for use on internal mechanisms.
