Black manual slicer, stainless steel and aluminium, alloy steel blade is perfectly balanced and chrome plated, meat table and blade movements are fully co-ordinated and geared to the hand rotation of the flywheel, ideal for shaving and slicing delicate cold cut meats. Double sliding plate with lockable hand grip to securely hold meat in place. Built in sharpening head and blade ring guard. Precise slice thickness adjustment knob. Cutting capacity diameter 225mm, 320mm blade diameter, 0-1.5mm slice thickness. A 20ml bottle of food grade lubrication oil is included for use on internal mechanisms.
