Wiltshire Fondant Rolling Pin have special guides to ensure an even more levelled roll, and so you can decide between a 2cm or 3cm thickness for your fondant. We recommend lightly dusting the roller with cornflour before you begin to prevent any sticking, but it is completely dishwasher safe so don’t worry about making a bit of a mess.
