Single pan, comes with 2 heavy duty stainless steel baskets, pan lid, robust stainless steel construction, 1.5mm tank thickness, easy to clean, cook/idle switch linked to two thermostats reducing operating costs, manual reset over-temperature safety cut-outs. 33Lt oil capacity. Castors on the rear and adjustable legs at the front for complete manoeuvrability. Fryers can be joined together modularly using the optional tank joining cover (SS1794).
