Our appliances come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. Where a failure does not amount to a significant fault, Tomkin Australia is entitled to choose between providing you with a repair, replacement or refund. 
The manufacturer warrants the Cordless Kettle to be free from defects in materials for 12 months from the date of purchase.
